Doubletree Suites By Hilton Hotel Philadelphia West Plymouth Meeting, Plymouth Meeting

Upon my stay at the hotel, I found it to be a mixed experience. The rooms were quiet and ready upon arrival, but unfortunately had ants, no trash bags, rags, or extra sheets for the pull-out couch. The service ranged from a bit overwhelmed to exceptionally accommodating, including a thoughtful gesture of providing chocolate almond milk for my picky child. The location was convenient for family activities and shopping, near the mall and restaurants, but cleanliness and amenities near the pool were lacking. The dining options varied from worth the price to disappointing, with a good buffet but runny eggs and high pricing. Overall, it was a decent stay with some highs and lows.

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was amazing, right across from the mall and handy to Philadelphia's Mainline. The rooms, unfortunately, had several maintenance issues like broken furniture and cleanliness concerns. However, the service was exceptional, especially getting an afterparty ready for our guests. The dining experience was satisfactory, offering a good hearty buffet, but the facilities could use some improvements.

The hotel's location is convenient, being right across the Plymouth Meeting mall, with easy access to various attractions. The rooms, although not exactly as requested, were decent. The service, particularly in handling requests and refunds, was lacking. Despite some ups and downs, the dining experience offered good quality but was a bit overpriced. Overall, the stay was just average and didn't feel like great value for the price paid.
